New Patient Form

Pediatric
Dentists recommend that children should have their first
dental appointment by one year of age. An early checkup
and consultation allows us to detect and treat dental
problems at an early stage, teach preventive methods,
and also build a strong foundation for good early
health.
We will introduce ourselves early to your little ones.
An early start in regular care is an important step on
the road to overall health.
At the first visit we will be able to answer your
specific questions such as:
-
Does my child have any cavities?
-
When will my child's teeth come in?
-
Are oral habits such as thumb sucking harmful?
-
What is the best way to brush my child's teeth?
-
Does my child need braces?
Staffed by devoted and conscientious professionals, our
practice is committed to providing the highest degree of
patient care and services possible. We also provide
other
adjunctive services to dentistry such as nitrous oxide,
intravenous sedation, and hospital dentistry in order to
better serve your children.
Our trained and experienced staff are dedicated to help
your child through anxiety with gentleness and
sensitivity to your child's specific needs. We are also
prepared to care for medically compromised children.
We understand that communication is vital to a good
professional relationship, so we encourage you to share
your questions and concerns with us.
We are very proud of our office staff and know that you
can be assured that they are dedicated to your child's
care and needs. We know that you'll find that visiting
Dr. Maria is fun!
